Loyalty Discounts Explained
Above you can see the pricing details of our loyalty discount levels (Bronze, Silver & Gold Members). We offer these to reward customer loyalty for spending over a certain amount on average per active month.
So if your account is four months old and you spent $100 the first month, nothing the second month, $150 the third month, and $50 on the fourth month, you would average $100 per month over the three actives months and would be eligible for Bronze Member discounts (the inactive second month would not be counted towards your average).
We use this system so that you don’t suddenly lose all discounts if you go inactive for a month or two. We realise people’s circumstances change, and you won’t always need psychic readings. We want to be there for you if you decide you could benefit from it again.
We lookback a maximum of six active months to assess your loyalty discount. So if your account was nine months old, we would only take into account the six most recent active months activity to calculate your average monthly spend.
