Actor Billy Zane claims his Titanic character Cal was misunderstood

The Actor Billy Zane has claimed that his Titanic character Cal wasn’t a baddy but he was just misunderstood. Yep let me think? No, I think he was a nasty one. Billy said that he wasn’t the iceberg. Well if in a ship of that size and with all those thousands of people it was him or the Iceberg for finalists in the Mr. Nasty competition, I would say that makes him pretty bad. OK, trying to kill your girlfriend and her lover has possibly been done before, but we were already in the don’t like Cal room at the time.

He had already shown signs that he could potentially be a wife abuser, had little if no regard for people unless they had money stuck to them and was willing to use a child he stole to get on the lifeboats leaving many other women and children to perish in the freezing waters of the deep Atlantic. Yep, he is right up there with Santa’s Elves for Mr nice guy. To be honest, though, it was a role well played and it is a credit to Billy Zane that he carried it off so well and put flesh on the bones of the character Cal. However, trying to convince us he was a nice guy is like trying to talk the clouds out of the sky.

Master Psychic Vincent’s Verdict.

But what do the cards say about Billy Zane the gifted actor? The King of Coins shows us this is a man of many talents, who can easily turn his hand to any role. For this reason, he will always have something in the pipeline. The Seven of Wands indicates his career choice was a natural born gift and for him, there was no other way. The Page of Swords shows someone who can get irritated quickly and won’t think twice about setting the story straight if he does. He has acted in many roles in many hits and I see no reason why that would change in the future.
