Musician Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream ended up in hospital after falling off the stage during a show. He was performing at Swiss Festival Caribana when he seemingly toppled 7 foot to the ground. Now that has got to be painful. It appears a speaker stack was to blame and he suffered some minor back injuries in the fall. It is yet not certain how long he will be in recovery.
Now I know there are some of you who may be tempted to snigger at this, but a 7ft fall will lead to a fairly hard crash when the floor comes speeding in your direction. And anyone who has had a back injury, no matter how minor will know that it’s no laughing matter. Here’s wishing him a speedy recovery from all of us here at 7th sense. We hope he will be back to doing what he does well in no time.
