January to April: The Fool
It can seem like a brave new world as 2021 opens. The Fool card remind us that we may still feel a little cautious as we enter the dawning months of the year. This is only natural, as the Cancer crab likes to remain in the shell for safety. However, this card reminds us that we need to be prepared to take the brave step. 2020 has made us cautious, but there is a lift in the air in 2021 and a sense of freedom returning to the world. This is not lost on Cancerians as water signs you feel the energy of the change in the air. Stay in happy waters and be prepared for sudden but happy changes. The happy energy in people around you will help you stay in a good place as the year opens.
May to September: King of Pentacles
The King of Pentacles appearing for this time of year reminds us that we should use the energy of the sun to catch up on things we had to push aside last year. Yes, it may be a little crazy at first, but think of how frustrated you were last year when you could not do things. Now the flood gates are opened, and opportunity is surrounding you. There is nothing stopping you except for self-doubt. Put this to rest, once and for all. Remind yourself that although the Cancer crab is an emotional water sign, it is also armed with a hard shell and two sharp claws to defend itself. Not that you will need to use the claws, but it’s nice to know they are there, and they will give you confidence.
October to December: The Empress
The Empress card reminds us of new life. For some you will be welcoming new life into your life. It could be in the form of a birth. This is a wonderful way to close the year and in years to come you can tell them of the strain of 2020 & 2021. For others it will be new opportunities. Doors opening that will allow you to become the person you have long sought to be. There will be responsibility with this, but you heart is big, and once you engross yourself into something it becomes as precious as your baby and you work to ensure it flourishes. It’s one of the reasons others feel safe when you are on their team. They know they are not carrying the load alone into 2022.
