Well looking at the red carpet is always going to be entertaining. Let’s face it most of the outfits aren’t going to look the part while you are standing in the Que at Walmart. But wow do they look the part here. No one can deny Katy Perry who looked the picture of total elegance in her full length rose petal dress. Really only she should carry this the way it should be worn, the woman oozes style and elegance. Well done Katy.
