Choosing Right Actions With Justice Tarot
The Justice Tarot card is pretty straightforward in the message it is trying to show. This card represents fairness, truth, harmony and doing the right thing. If you are questioning whether you did the right thing, it is an encouragement that you are conducting your life and decisions from the right place, your heart. If, however your sense of justice falls into a gray area of wanting to do the right thing but instead, going with what will give you immediate satisfaction, time to re-think integrity. When we make choices and know that we could have been more honorable, kinder, more truthful or less judgmental at the expense of someone else’s life path, then you are being asked to reconsider your handling of the situation and make amends with yourself and whomever you used unfair energy towards.
A level of compassion and understanding accompany the Justice card. Even if you have done something you regret, this card suggests that you will be treated fairly and without bias when it is made right. Be ready to take responsibility for your actions and be accountable for the consequences from your unfairness to someone else. The Justice card always represents fairness and truth, especially if this card comes up in a legal matter. If you have done the right thing in a legal matter, it will usually fall in your favor. If you are trying to legally pull off something slick, the card will usually show up in reverse. It is reminding you to be accountable for your actions. Justice, unfortunately is not always black and white, right or wrong. Sometimes it may look as though you have not received justice but on a higher karmic level, there is a lesson for you and a lesson for the person who treated you unfairly or took advantage of you. AND, karma is a bitch, reigning down ten-fold the pain you have caused another on you or vice versa. The laws of balance. Accept the outcome and move on.
The reversed Justice card can suggest that you KNOW you’ve done something that isn’t morally right. At its core, Justice is about the search for truth. As you explore your truth, you may discover things are not as clear-cut as you had thought. Be prepared to look deeply within and explore what truth means to you. If you are hiding a choice that was not in a positive light, your choices are: hope no one finds out or you can put your big girl pants on and own up to what you did that was unfair. The reversed Justice card can also indicate that your inner judgement will not leave you alone until you make it right. Justice deals with karma and the that law of cause and effect is in all situations and all the people connected.

Susan Z’s Verdict
The Justice card is never a straight forward answer. It is a complex card just as Justice can mean many things, but mostly it is asking you if you feel you are living a life of integrity, kindness, truth, compassion and balance for yourself and all those you come into contact with.
