Chris Hemsworth never felt stronger !
His body really is a temple, this fine, fit and muscular man is happy to share tips with the mere mortals of this world on how to attain a stronger and healthier body as he shares aspects of his workout routine, going on to talk about how best alleviate back pain and the importance of good posture in the quest for a healthy body. Hunching over a computer keyboard is a definite no, and balancing a phone between a tilted head and shoulder should be avoided. Daily life does not have to equal an unhealthy life. While stressed joints, stressed vital organs and stressed muscles may not prove to be fatal, it’s certainly possible these could have a detrimental effect on the body. You could say that Chris has suffered for his art in the past, having both lost and gained weight for his film roles, ‘In the heart of the sea’ and ‘Thor’ respectively. Chris has attributed Dr. Eric Goodman’s book ‘True to Form’ in part for his good health and impressive physique. Chris lives in his native Australia with his wife Elsa Pataky and their three children.
Véronique’s Verdict
The cards that Chris drew are the Prince of Swords, the Three of Hearts and The Justice Card and in this instance, I feel that all three cards describe Chris perfectly. Like many actors, Chris approaches each role with passion and commitment, he brings a part of his authentic self to each role to point of the character and Chris himself morphing into the entity that the part will eventually become. He engages in happy and innocent play with his family who continue to be a huge part of his world, I feel he celebrates the emotional abundance that they have given. He has the work-life balance in his world and has faith that he has made the best decisions for himself and his family.
