Dame Judy Dench gets a tattoo for her 80th Birthday.
As if I didn’t have enough respect for this lady already, Dame Judy Dench, the actress has had a tattoo for her 80THBirthday. This lady who has walked through so many lives in her acting and carried each character with the most amazing talent and sense of reality proves to us that she may be 80 on a piece of paper somewhere, but this lady it not for aging. I mean she doesn’t even look 80, which isn’t fair on everyone else because now they have a higher standard to achieve.
Apparently, it was a birthday present from her daughter Finty, who paid for the work, where she had the words “carpe diem” tattooed along the inside of her wrist. Now I know there are people out there who are saying is she crazy? That’s there for the rest of her life, but then I had my tattoo done for my 50th. There comes a time in life when we have done all the right things, obeyed all the rules, and for once in our life, we do something we were told not to do but feel old enough to make the decision. At 80 I’m sure she knows what she is doing and it won’t stop her being one of my all time favourite actresses. Well actually, you don’t get cooler than that in my book.

What do the cards say about Dame Judy Dench? Well, they better not say anything bad about Julie or they will have me to deal with! Hardly any surprises here, she opened with the High Priestess. This lady is definitely the supreme in her class and is one of those people others wish to follow. The High Priestess shows and old soul and I don’t mean in years on this plane, but a soul who is educated far beyond the years of life. The Hermit Card shows a deep side where no one can contact. Somewhere deep inside where she finds herself and connects, councils and comforts herself. This is where the creative comes from. The Six of Wands shows it will be a while before this lady decides to hang up her acting coat and that is music to my ears. Despite being famous, she is also very grounded and seems to try to keep things as normal as possible. Belated happy birthday Judy, as it was back in December and may you enjoy good health and prosperity for a long time to come.
