Dr. Dre handcuffed for road rage
Rapper Dr. Dre has been reportedly handcuffed and taken from his home accused of road rage. A driver alleges that the rapper pointed a gun at him during a heated exchange outside his Malibu home. Los Angeles Police said they were called to the star’s house at about 11.15am where reports were coming in of a man brandishing a gun. On arrival, the driver of a car said the hip-hop star had pointed a gun and ordered him to move his car from the end of his driveway.
Los Angeles Sheriff’s department said they had detained the rapper in their car while they investigated the matter. It appeared that the alleged victim was parked directly in front of the driveway which would be blocking access whether in or out. Dr. Dre had asked the man to move which he did for a short while, but then returned and parked in exactly the same place. Now I can sympathise with Dr. Dre. There is nothing more annoying than someone parking in front of your driveway, mainly because it completely puts your movement at the mercy of this vehicle. Perhaps the gun thing was a little over the top, but we are only human and the alleged victim seemed determined to push his buttons.
