Game Of Thrones Star Reveals Tormund’s Love For Brienne Extends Off Screen
Anybody who is a Game Of Thrones addict cannot have missed the weird interaction this season between the Wilder Tormund and Westoro’s female knight, Brienne. You know that look, half crazed…want to rip your clothes off or eat you alive with love look that only crazies in the movies (or hopefully just in the movies!) look at their next victim. Well, that is exactly what you got in the scene where redheaded Tormund made it very clear he wanted Brienne and she made it very clear with that side eye look….”it ain’t happening big fellow.” The actors who play both characters have been having fun delivering over the top hammy performances whenever they share the screen. Kristofer Hivju who plays Tormand, throwing powerful looks of lust at Gwendoline Christie who plays Brienne, who responds with perfectly executed bemusement. According to Christie, in a recent interview, that creepy, wild eyed look of Tormund does not stop when the cameras do.
At this point, there’s little doubt the ice and fire in “Game of Thrones” is all about Tormund’s fiery looks and Brienne’s icy response. But while chatting with Seth Meyers on “Late Night”, Brienne actress Gwendoline Christie revealed those Tormund looks don’t stop when the director says cut. “He likes to continue being in character even off set,” said Christie, talking about Tormund actor Kristofer Hivju. “He will start chewing a sandwich wildly at me, start masticating (chewing your food) wildly at me, really kind of making love to that sandwich as he eyeballs me. So. it’s strong. Eyes like lasers pouring right in,” the actress added. Christie described Tormund’s looks as “possibly the one time that I dissolve without fail.”
She continued, “No one told me that this was gonna happen. In the script it simply said, ‘Tormund gives Brienne a look.’ I was not expecting the power, the magnitude, of intense sexual intention to pour out of a man’s eyes and cover me.” Fans hope those looks continue and some interaction does happen between the two as they are just sooooo meant for each other. But Tormund was in a rough spot the last time we saw him in the GOT finale, but perhaps love will get him through. Gods willing, he’ll make it back to Brienne and the two will one day have giant, world-conquering monster babies. Nothing says true love like Tormund’s creepy looks.

Well if you have been a rabid fan of “Game of Thrones”, you know one thing for sure….you can NEVER know who is going to get killed off. Since our two-star crossed “not yet” lovers are going in separate directions into dangerous situations, your guess is as good as mine if they reunite or even live. Lol! If the writers are smart, (which they are) they will bring that relationship into play in future Seasons.

Many choices possible. Being pulled inverted, it shows the outcome right now of how any relationship happening in a storyline is endless with so many other more important characters being played out.
Princess of Cups:
Young energy with creative ideas. Can also mean inner child. I believe this card represents Brienne in GOT. She is immature about love but also wants what she wants when she wants. Right now, that is her commitment to protect the Stark women.
Knight of Sword:
Disruptive energy brought about by male interference. This is a good card to pull showing exactly what the effects would be on Brienne emotionally if anything did happen between the two. She is not designed for romance, for sure.
