Get To Know Your Chakras
If you have an interest in the spiritual, you have most likely heard about “Chakras” even if you’re not even very clear about what it means. Let’s give a quick introduction about what are Chakras and what each one of them is associated with.
“Chakra” means “wheel” in sanskrit, this is because our chakras are defined as central points of energy in our body that spin and keep the energy moving. When the chakras are working as they should, we feel aligned and flowy, while, when there is a blockage, the energy cannot circulate as it should and we suffer the consequences.

I believe all my chakras are blocked or closed.
It is technically impossible to have all chakras blocked or closed unless you’re dead! The crown chakra is always working and so is the root. They can be blocked but never closed. The most common closed chakras are heart, throat and third eye 🙂
