Getting what You Pay for in Magical Workings
Giving readings and working a little magic seem to go hand-in-hand for many Readers. Over the years, I have been asked to perform all kinds of magical workings from bringing lovers together to giving Karma a little boost to helping people attract wealth or a new job, and everything in between. It is only natural for some of us.
Then there are Readers who will only read and choose to not get involved in mystical workings for others. Many with very good reason. Lastly, there are those who prey on the vulnerability of others by offering to work miracles for a “small price”.
You do not always get what you pay for, though. I have seen people pay up to $2,000 for workings only to be completely scammed. Then I, on the other hand, offer to do the very same work for only $20 and find it quite successful.
Do not allow the cost to be your guide. Talk with other people. Get feedback. Read reviews but do so with a healthy dose of skepticism as reviews for individuals can be faked.
In my 30 plus years, I have pretty much seen a little bit of everything and a lot of stuff I wish I could forget because it saddens me the depths some unscrupulous “practitioners” will stoop to for a dollar.

There is a family of three generations of women in my hometown who preys upon the vulnerabilities and fears of seekers. The grandmother, mother and daughter tell the seeker that a curse was put on them, or someone in their family, when they were very young and the curse can only be removed by paying exactly the same dollar amount as the person paid who originally contracted for the curse to be done. The amount would range from $750 to over $1,500 US. People actually paid this out of fear and an overwhelming desire to do something to just make their lives better.
The mother actually tried this tactic on me when I went to her for a reading many, many years ago. I played along at first, just to test her and see how far she would go. But I never parted with any of my money, except for her fee for the reading itself.
I do not know what happened to those three women as I lost track of them about two years ago. But I still meet with some of their former clients from time to time and it breaks my heart seeing how badly affected, and sometimes damaged, they are as a result of these callous, uncaring women.
These women are abusers in the worst possible way. They gain your trust then drop a major bomb all in an attempt to scare the stuffing out of you so you’ll be willing to pay any price.
That is just wrong!
Should you ever seek out the assistance of a practitioner, just be sure to not let the cost be your guide. This is one area in which you do not always get what you pay for. A good practitioner, one who does it for the right reasons and with actual talent and abilities, will not charge you an arm and a leg. He or she will not do it for free, either.
