He and his lady friend arrived into McDonalds and there were no seats. Kit asked another couple if they could share with them and they sat down and began to eat. Apparently, the guy at the table was being rude to the lady he was with calling her names like fat etc. and Kit couldn’t take it.
In true Jon Snow fashion, he came to the lady’s aid only to get a punch that left him with a black eye. He’s not sure, but he thinks it may have been the look they were looking for to fit the character of Jon Snow, as he got the part and the rest is history. Well, we all know Kit Harrington plays the part like he owns it and there is no one else could have filled the boots of Jon Snow like he did. So well done to the angry man at McDonalds.
