Miley Cyrus latest feud.

Miley Cyrus, encouraged by Christina Aguilera joined the judging panel of The Voice for Season 11 and all was well… or was it? Miley is working with the practice of rotating judges and will sit out Season 12 as Gwen Stefani retakes her place in the judge’s seat. Apparently, Gwen is keen to return to the show and reunite with fellow coach and boyfriend Blake Shelton; but what is this we hear about mainstay coach Blake and girlfriend Gwen wishing to give Miley the boot. The rumor mill says that Gwen has no desire to share the spotlight with Miley. I wonder if Gwen sees the show as an extension of her relationship? After all, it is the venue where she met and fell in love with current beau Blake.
Additionally, Miley is not popular with the other mainstay judge Adam Levine who does not appear to have bonded with her and although neither of them confirmed a feud nor speak of the rumors around the show’s casting, reports about their behind the scenes feud have not gone away.

And so, former judge Gwen will join boyfriend Blake, Adam Levine and Alicia Keys for Season 12. What about Christina, will she be back in fall 2017 joining Miley? Miley is the only confirmed coach for next year as it stands. She recently revealed on Twitter that she would be coaching in Season 13, posting a photo of herself in her coaching chair. The official Twitter account of The Voice and fans expressed much excitement, even if her fellow judges did not.

Véronique’s Verdict

Miley drew the Three of Pentacles, the Ace of Hearts and the King of Wands.

The Three of Pentacles is very much the card of working with others. Of course, the nature of the show highlights rivalries between the judges but this card shows that there is no time wasted on petty jealousies that only serve to spoil the productivity of the dedicated team.

The Ace of Hearts offers Miley the opportunity to experience the most positive emotions. This card reveals a labor of love and a sense of nurturing. There is an honesty within Miley and a genuine desire to bring happiness into the lives of others.

The King of Wands reveals an arrogant and proud man who likes to take chances. As far as feuds go, I feel that that there is much positive energy between Miley and her fellow judges. A sense of hierarchy exists within the team and although Miley is surrounded by strong characters, she knows which parts of the individual’s character’s to learn from and of the negatives she should not engage.

I don’t feel that Miley is affected by the reported feuding, and it will not detract from her ability to engage in the show next year. Well done Miley for holding your own against a group of seasoned professionals.
