Tarot Card Draw #1: Seven of Pentacles (Reversed)
I irreverently call this card a ‘Pat yourself on the back’, for you are now seeing the rewards of your desired intentions and/or hard work. The Seven of Pentacles is about finally identifying the progress you have made on whatever project you have put the effort into. The reward may not fully show up today, but you will definitely either get word or a sense that it is showing up. The Universe will start giving you tons of signs to remind you where you have been putting your focus on is now arriving. Since pulled reversed, take notice of what kind of energy you are putting out to the future with a little “Be careful of what you wish for” thrown in for good measure. Example: you want to be married, have kids and a future with someone special and that is what you have been focusing on. If you are putting out into the universe that anyone will do and not believe you are worthy of having the best of what you want, then that is just what will show up. A reflection of your own vague desires with a partner just wanting to be in a relationship for their own happiness, not yours.
Tarot Card Draw #2: Three of Pentacles
I always love to see this card get drawn! The Three of Pentacles clearly gives a shout out that you will be ‘The Star’ today. This card represents success and having the lucky spotlight on you. This is one of those cards that a psychic will jokingly tell you to go and buy a lottery ticket today. (just kidding) It may not carry the big lucky and successful vibes in all areas of your life but definitely, some part of your life is going to shine gold for you today.
Tarot Card Draw #3: Seven of Swords (Reversed)
The Seven of Swords is always about getting a good spanking from the universe. It pulls out all the stops and yells in your ear: “Snap out of it and start getting your act together!” This card represents avoidance and procrastination of something or someone that you do not or will not address, confront or make the necessary changes. Anything that diverts your energy from having to put your big girl/boy pants on; count 1-5, take a deep breath, pray for courage and just like the old stupid vintage bumper stickers to get off drugs used to say; “Just do it!” Since pulled reversed, this can mean that in spite of your avoidance manipulations, you may get set up by your higher self and put in a situation where you ‘can not’ avoid it, put off till later or hide in the ladies’ room till it or they goes away. Through circumstances beyond your control, your slippery avoidance of an issue may just not work today. The good news is whatever you were not addressing, when it is finally taken care of, you will wonder why you hadn’t done it long before. It will be a good, strut-your-stuff-and-puff-out-your-chest feeling!
