This is not at all to induce fear but to simply help you get ahead of the game and possibly take preventative measures. Some of you will find peace in participating in things like therapy, meditation and yoga. You are needing to strengthen yourself mentally and physically. Simplify your daily routines as much as you can right now. It is not a good time to commit to too many things at once. You are re-establishing your groove. If a love situation has been stressing you out, you may need to take a step back for a while and create some space. It will be easier for you to sort through your thoughts and emotions without the influence of that person’s energy surrounding you.
