Paul and Ringo premiere Beatles Documentary. A thumbs up or a thumbs down?

Ringo Starr 76, and Sir Paul McCartney 74 were joined by their wives to attend the world premiere of new Beatles documentary in London. The documentary tells the story of the band years on tour with behind-the-scenes footage, interviews and unheard music.
Paul has much experience in understanding what his fans want paid them plenty of attention giving high-fives, autographs, and a thumbs up. Some of the famous fans in attendance included Madonna, Michael Keaton, Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin and Liam Gallagher. Also joining them was 83-year-old Yoko Ono wife of the late John Lennon who was assisted on the carpet. Olivia Harrison wife of the late George Harrison also made an appearance as did Paul’s daughter Stella.
The mega-star former Beatles were joined by Ron Howard who was all smiles for the cameras. Speaking at the premiere, the director said that it would have been a different story had John Lennon and George Harrison been there and that they were sorely missed. Although Paul and Ringo seemed very happy with the project and the response that they have had to the documentary.

Véronique’s Verdict

Relationships take many forms and I would say that Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are experts in building strong connections with their fans. So which cards did the former Beatles draw today. We have The Queen of Pentacles, The Two of Pentacles and The Princess of Pentacles. All money cards. I think we can assume that the new Beatles documentary will be a success. Paul and Ringo, however, do not take this for granted. They have remained humble within their respective careers and this has served them well. The queen of pentacles reveals the fun side of work, the parties, the theatrics and the opportunity to rebuild relations with fans, famous or otherwise.

The Queen of Pentacles reveals the fun side of work, the parties, the theatrics and the opportunity to rebuild relations with fans, famous or otherwise.
The Two of Pentacles shows that in remaining flexible in their approach to work, it will serve them further. Both Paul and Ringo are in their 70’s but they will continue to grow as individuals constantly changing direction.
The Princess of Pentacles tells us of the former Beatles’ careful plodding ways. They may not be geared up for quick action but have proved that slow and steady wins the race. Good luck to both!
