Robert Downey Jr will always be a super hero to many, his signature role as super hero Iron Man. More recently he was seen starred as himself, ‘super husband’ as he and his wife Susan stepped out to attend the Motion Picture & Television Fund (MPTF) 95th-anniversary celebration in Los Angeles aka the MPTF Gala in LA.
Both appeared in high spirits upon arriving at the star-studded event. The 51-year-old actor and his lovely lady were perfectly coordinated in black matching outfits. Effortlessly stylish Mr Downey Jr in a black silk / denim ensemble rocking large black tinted spectacles. 42-year-old Mrs D Jr wore a simple black dress and an ear to ear smile.
The twosome first met his now 42-year-old wife in 2003 on the set of Gothika, they engaged in a little romance during production and the rest, as they say is history. Robert and Susan went on to marry in 2005. They have two children together, a four-year-old son and a daughter almost two years old. Robert also has a 23-year-old son from a previous marriage. What’s next for super duo?
