Game Of Thrones’ Star Sean Bean Marries For The Fifth Time
Fifth time seems to be the charm for “Game of Thrones” star Sean Bean. The 58-year-old actor exchanged vows with his fiancé, Ashley Moore, 32, in Dorset, England on Friday in front of about 40 close friends. A photo of the happy couple was released by the Press Association and the pair are smiling and happy. His bride wore a stunning, lace gown with long sleeves and a bedazzled belt. She added a sparkling headband and wore her hair down to complete the look. Bean has rose to fame as an English actor and has had notable roles in “GoldenEye” and “Lord of the Rings.” The actor confirmed the news through the official image taken following the romantic ceremony at Axnoller Farm. Bean looks delighted as stands alongside his bride. A spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘It was predominantly close family and friends; Anna Friel was there, who’s obviously starring with Sean in Broken at the moment. ‘Anna’s daughter Gracie was a bridesmaid and sung them a song, which was Can’t Help Falling In Love by Elvis, and she played that on the guitar as Ashley walked down the aisle. ‘He’s super happy, I’ve never seen him in so in love and committed and happy with Ashley. They’re very sweet together.’
The Game Of Thrones star admitted he was hesitant about the prospect of exchanging vows after four failed marriages. But his attitude soon changed after meeting Ashley, a former nanny who is 26-years his junior.
‘I wasn’t planning on getting married again but then I wasn’t planning on meeting someone as amazing as Ashley,’ he recently told the Daily Mail’s Girl About Town. ‘I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together.” The marriage comes shortly after Sean proposed to Ashley, who he met five years ago in New York City. However, Sean’s busy work schedule means plans for an equally romantic honeymoon are currently on hold. “Sean is due back at work on Monday so the honeymoon will have to be postponed,” a spokesperson reported.
