Sean Lennon’s true love? Animal, vegetable or mineral?
The son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono appears to have a less peaceful stance in protecting those he loves. Sean Lennon is currently caught up in a $10 million dollar legal battle that’s been ongoing for the last year and a half.
Apparently, Lennon Jnr. moved into his $9.5million Greenwich Village property six years ago. His neighbor’s who have been there since 1994 say that he has arrogantly refused to cut down the tree that has caused damage to the foundations of their home. Additionally, they say he had a contractor digging 22 feet below basement level which disrupted the underground stream resulting in a shift of their whole house. They are also unable to close some of the doors to the property. They want $10million in damages. Lennon Jnr. says that they should reorganize the entrance to their house in order to accommodate the 70-year-old ailanthus tree. Oh dear! A judge has already made the judgment that the tree MUST.BE.CUT.DOWN.IMMEDIATELY! Clearly, the neighbor’s successfully argued their case. Not so. Sean and his legal team disagree and say there’s a lack of evidence that their home was damaged by his tree and the judge ruled incorrectly. Mr. Lennon Jnr. is not giving up and is now demanding that the appeals court overturn the decision. Any damages are due to be paid by Lennon when they’ve been determined at next month’s hearing. Phew!
So going back to our original question. Who or what has the heart of this delightfully charismatic son-of-a-beatle Sean Lennon? Animal? Vegetable? Mineral? Well, since tree and plant fibers are considered vegetable… There’s your answer. I wonder if Sean will get the answers that he seeks regarding his beloved 70-year-old tree? Let’s see what the cards say.
Véronique’s Verdict
I can’t help but feel that Sean Lennon has too much time on his hands but let’s see what the cards say.Sean drew the Ten of Swords, the Eight of Pentacles and the Six of Wands.
The Ten of Swords is associated with loss. Sean is obviously very attached to the tree in his garden and evidently has placed a special value on it, despite the reports that it is decayed. I feel that the attachment goes deeper than the actual tree, more a sense of what it represents to him, a piece of art?
The Eight of Pentacles is very symbolic within this situation. It represents the natural order and trust, chaos and control do not bring the rewards that Sean wishes to see. He is obviously well prepared and disciplined in his approach but he is not listening to reason. Two ears one mouth means that he should listen twice as much as he speaks. Not the case right now.
The Six of Wands is very much about a personal victory. One thing is for sure, no-one is above the law but I do have a sense of him feeling that he has won the day. Sean has a dynamic positive energy and he will use this in more productive manner in his future creative endeavors. When it comes to legalities, it’s down to the courts and of course, at 7thsense we can’t comment on legal matters, but one things for sure. A resolution will be found sooner rather than later. Let justice prevail!
