This week I answer every kind of question there is. Shanell questions her life in general, Carol feels trapped in a small town, Jo wonders if she will get a promotion, Annette is considering dating sites, Gloria is caught in a love triangle and Lisa is curious about her financial outlook.

“All my life I have been a lesbian since dating men didn’t bring me luck. It’s got to a time after something bad happened to me in my university days, I was broken and depressed all I could think of is to end my life, but God won’t let me. My father died 2years ago I managed to inherit some money from him and I had to use this money to travel from Nigeria my country to Turkey just for a better life. I have been here in turkey for a week now I found myself crying why I even decided to travel down because all the money I have is what I have spent on this trip, I dress like a man and I really love to be men but situations and stress of life is making me tire of my life and existence I’m a last child of a old woman my father died at 108, I’m 31 of age, I graduated from the university since 2015, no job no helpers lesbianism is a crime where I come from now I came to a place I thought I could leave freely but it’s seems to me right now that things getting even worse but deep down inside me something is telling me not to worry about my situation that I should go ahead with my life and do all the things that makes me happy, I’m very confused my family wants me to change to something I don’t know how to go into a life I have long forgotten. I have talents, I can paint, photography, song writing, hairstyle, modeling. But still I don’t feel 100% percent confident about all of this talent I have because luck comes to me once in a while I don’t know what to do. I just want to be happy please pick a card and tell me exactly what to do and the right decision to take. Thank you” – Shanell

Unfortunately, Shanell, I cannot tell you what to do. I can only share with you what the card tells me and try to provide you with enough information to help you make a more informed choice for yourself.

The card I pulled for you was The Devil. In the deck that I most often use, this card depicts a male figure wearing a helmet with very large horns curving down from each side. The helmet covers his eyes and face and is adorned with a star. He is surrounded by fire. It is quite an enchanting image and speaks of limiting yourself, as well as not being true to yourself and sexuality.

With the helmet covering his eyes, I see that you have been going through life blindly for quite some time. The horns say you need to take charge and take some chances. Go back to what brought you the most joy as a child and find a way to incorporate it into your life now. This is pertaining to what you wanted to be when grew up, basically.

With this card, I am getting that, if at all possible, you should try to stay in Turkey and work to build a life for yourself there. No one will make it happen for you, sometimes you have to make your own luck.

“Where does my life go from here? I’m so unhappy with the man I live with but I can’t just up and leave because I have nowhere else to go. I want to know is this my destiny to be stuck with a man that’s immature, lazy, emotionally and psychologically abusive? I want to leave so bad but don’t know where I’d go. Please I need to know what you see for my future.” – Carol

For this particular question, I drew the Queen of Pentacles. This lovely lady speaks of untapped resources that may be available to you. She urges you to put yourself first and just take a chance. Be creative in seeking out financial assistance and/or a temporary housing situation to help you transition out of your current situation.

You are not at all living out your destiny, hon. But because you are so miserable, it is difficult to be open to options that may be available to you. Right now, you are just broken in almost every way.

The first thing I suggest you do is rework your entire thought process. You currently have such a defeatist attitude which blinds you to the opportunities that may be before you. You must let go of that if you have any hope of improving your life.

“Will I get promoted in my career.” – Jo

Through The Fool, reversed, Jo, I see that you need to take more chances and fully express your desire to progress in your career to those tasked with making the decisions. Submit yourself for consideration for positions when they open up. I do not foresee a promotion simply being offered to you. But through expressing your interest and proving yourself, I do foresee a promotion within the next four to six months.

“I am single and was going to get on dating sites in 2020. Do you see me meeting anyone this year that could be a long-term love interest?” – Annette

For you, Annette, I drew The Hermit which warns of isolation. This tells me that you need to focus your efforts more on meeting people rather than online or through dating apps. Get out more and socialize, make new friends which will ultimately lead to you meeting a more serious, long-term partner.

This does not mean to frequent bars and nightclubs. In fact, keep far away from those as no good comes of hanging out there unless you just want to dance and maybe drink a bit.

Through heeding the warning of The Hermit and just putting yourself out there in the real world, I foresee you meeting a quality potential romantic partner by June. There may be a couple of more casual connections between now and then.

“Hi Tami! I love 2 men and I’m torn. I’m afraid they’re going to meet and I want to choose. I want one more than the other. Help!” – Gloria

The Three of Swords came up for you, Gloria. At its most basic, this card speaks of a love triangle. It also speaks of emotional pain and sorrow.

There are several things to consider when trying to decide whom to choose. The first, and most important, is that if you truly loved and cared for the first man, the second one would not have been able to get your attention.

You say you want one more than the other, but before choosing him, seriously consider how each man treats you. Think about which one makes you a priority and chooses to spend quality time with you (sex does not count). Consider how each man treats you such as by being supportive and encouraging and how each feels when you communicate and spend time with other people.

Maybe make an actual list of pros and cons for each. Putting it down on paper makes it more real and will help you to be more objective.

Lisa, a truly awesome card came up for you: the Ace of Pentacles. One of the things heralded by this card is a new financial or career opportunity. It also talks about manifestation.

If you don’t already, seriously consider implementing manifestations and visualizations in your financial quest. Also, be on the lookout for two potentially very good opportunities between now and April. You will have to actively seek these opportunities out, though. They will not simply come to you.
