All too often, we can be our own worst critics. Beverly struggles with that as she questions her ability and Dianna wonders if she should end a seemingly unfulfilling friendship. Meanwhile, Ioana and Marie keep being set aside.

Most definitely, Beverly! I do see you getting better at your job, but right now your own thought process is working against you. This is confirmed by the reversed Knight of Cups coming up for you.
This card, as well as the messages I am getting directly from your own spirit guides, tells me that you are holding yourself to a rather unrealistic standard. This is causing you to second guess yourself and have doubts at just about every turn.
Please try to step back and allow yourself to relax. When you hold yourself to such an incredibly high standard, you unwittingly doom yourself to fail. No one else expects you to be perfect, neither should you. We must each allow room for mistakes. That is really the only way we can grow as individuals, partners and professionals.
I also suggest you find something about your job that you enjoy. This will give you motivation to learn and grow. Stop beating yourself up and know that not even the most qualified person is perfect. You will get to where you want to be.

“I am going through a really rough time. I have feelings for this guy with whom I’ve been just friends with for the past two years. I know I am in love with him and he said numerous times he loves me to. I am married and he is engaged and has children with her, but according to him he doesn’t love her.
For the past couple of months things have been really rough and we argued a lot. I know he has some health problems, but somehow for the past weeks I don’t know anything about him. He ignores my texts.

Hon, through the reversed Page of Cups, I am seeing that your own gut intuition is telling you it is time to let go and move on. You are having doubts and questioning things for a very good reason.
His heart just is not in your current shared connection. He chose his betrothed long ago and continues choosing her now.

Marie, outside of control through physical abuse and violence, no other person can truly control us without our permission. He is choosing this other person, plain and simple.
Yes, the other person may be a manipulator or try to control him through financial means or some other way, but he is allowing it. If he truly loved you, this other person would not be a factor.
The Magician, reversed, coming up for you indicates that he is actually manipulating you for his own personal satisfaction. I pray you soon realize this and finally put yourself first!

Whether it is seen that you will be more than friends or not, hon, that is no legitimate reason to end a friendship. One can never have too many friends. The only real reason to end your friendship would be if you feel it would be too difficult to see him with another love interest.
Drawing The Devil for you, I see that your shared connection with Darren could turn to a friends-with-benefits connection, but I do not see anything more than that. I am sorry.
