This Wednesday, July 15th moves us into preparation for a New Moon in Cancer on the 20th and Mercury Retrograde, finally ending on the same day! Always bearing in mind, the effects of Mercury Retrograde and all upending chaos that comes with it, stays for almost a week after. A New Moon takes places every 29.5 days and always carries the energy of one cycle ending and another beginning. This New Moon coming up will promote a desire for a deeper connection with oneself and others.

Tarot Card Draw #1: Temperance
Picking the Temperance tarot card for today is brings with it a possible strong desire to not have anything rock your boat of balance and harmony in your life. You will have a strong need to just keep things status quo. If there are decisions or choices to be made, today would be a good day to start thinking of how you will begin the process, regardless if feel like it or not, just not putting anything into action. You will make more balanced decisions today if you step back and take a little time to think things through.

The Magician is always focused on manifesting an unknown future but also a master of illusion and manipulation when you are trying to control the outcome through sheer stubbornness or willfulness. Magic (forces of the unseen) is how we create a future of our desires, regardless of how winding and crooked the road may be to get there. The only way to allow the Magician help you manifest your desired goal is to step aside of the illusion you can actually control the end game of anything you are participating in. Only the energy you hold in the moment, molds the future with a positive or challenging outcome. Since the Magician was pulled in reverse, today might be a day you finally see and/or are offered different alternatives to what you have been working on. If you let go of rigid assumptions, there is always a possible unforeseen alternative that will bring you the results you were hoping for. The absolute rule of the Magician card working in your favor is to let go of any tunnel vision of only one possibility to get where you want to go.

Today you may just have that kind of easy going feeling that somehow, things are going to be in your favor today, regardless of what you are dealing with. A feeling this is just how you wrote your destiny script to look like, filled with good luck, good news and/or a push from the Universe to bring about a happier life. Today, take advantage of any windfall, blessing, unexpected opportunity, good news or a change in direction for the better you did not see coming. It could be as small as someone offering to pay for your lunch today, the big career break you have been working towards or the ‘out of the blue’ marriage proposal you have been hoping for.
