We will be in the astrological sign of Aquarius until February 19th. We had a Full Snow Moon on Sunday, February 9th, which is a Native American term due to the heaviest snowfalls and seeing the moon reflecting brighter off the snow. It will still be giving off those energies of brighter clarity, so that whatever card you do choose for this week, it will be a very clear message you can’t possibly miss. Your higher self will always draw you to the right card and your message for the week. And unfortunately, it will not help with getting your message across clearly as (wait for it!) yes, Mercury Retrograde is back again on Sunday the 16th until March 10th.

Tarot Card Draw #1: The Hanged Man

Not the most envied card to pull for your tarot pick but pulled upright, it has a more positive message than if reversed. The Hanged Man is always about holding onto negativity, victim energy and usually a refusal to let go of the past. But when I see it drawn upright, regardless of the issue at hand, it is a reminder that you do no favor to yourself in staying in past hurts, mistakes, guilt, betrayal or whatever you feel is life’s unfair treatment of you. The amazing message the Hanged Man gives is you have a choice to be in your strength (which by the way, you asked for before incarnation to experience it) in all your muchness or stay sitting in a puddle of self-pity, blame or anger. Which the metaphor of you taking poison and expecting whomever or whatever you feel did you wrong, will roll over and die. You are the ONLY one suffering from the negative energy in your body. No joy there! That’s how powerful you are and if you make the choice is giving yourself more love, all your ethereal and physical helpers will be there to assist. My feeling about this card this week is whomever you feel has been taking advantage of you in some way, (partner, boss, family or friend), an unexpected push from the Divine will have powerful words coming out of your mouth before you even realize it. Stand behind them, that push from your higher self is a reminder to be accountable for what now stands in front of you.

Tarot Card Draw #2: The Fool (Reversed)

Don’t let the label of this tarot card mislead you into thinking it does not carry the power of you being in charge of your life’s decisions. The Fool is always about trust and belief and who you are not trusting and believing? You or those you have given all your power away to, in hopes they will reassure you the right decision has been made by you. Pulled reversed, it is a reminder that your personal power and strength of character comes from that trusting place from within, right or wrong, you stand behind what you feel is right for you. You begin to trust your own judgment because you feel it is right for you. The feel of this card is very personal and close to home, so I am going to assume this opportunity to speak your truth will be with someone you deal with every day and usually pushes your buttons every day.

Tarot Card Draw #3: Eight Wands

I love the Eight of Wands! Since being a Libran, I enjoy a fast-paced flow of life and unexpected choices being presented to me (mostly). The Eight of Wands is always about change coming at you fast and hard and can quite possibly blind-side you to be forced out of your comfort zone faster than you had in mind or were completely unprepared to deal with. This card always shows up when there is a little streak of procrastination (which we all do, lol!) and your higher self has now thrown up their metaphorical hands, pushing you out of the driver’s seat and takes over to start changes. “Nesters” (major homebodies) are notorious for staying put. When your own written out plans say “time’s up”, then it is “time’s up”! Most everyone when told that a quick unexpected change is about to happen, will go to the place of, “OMG! What next?” But it can go either way. For example, you go out for coffee with friends and meet the love of your life, married, moved, pregnant and have made a career change all within a year. Or a painful truth that you have known or suspected is finally put directly in front of you so that you HAVE no choice but to make a choice. Either way, it will happen quickly and usually without giving you any time but to resist. This week, big or small, you will be presented with a sudden left turn in some area of your life.
