Mercury Retrograde hit us on October 31st lasting until today, November 20th. Yikes! Mercury Retrograde is always a Murphy’s Law challenge (if it can go wrong, it will) if you allow it to be. Thank God it’s over tomorrow! From the layout of the tarot cards pulled this week, it seems to focus on financial dealings and of all things, partnering with the energy of spiritual growth on your relationship with money. Money is a powerful teacher in drawing out our weaknesses and also our strengths. So, let’s see what message each card has to give us this week and depending on the card you draw, possibly receive some insight on what to expect. From the line-up of cards drawn for this week’s forecast, they all seem to focus in some way how your finances affect you.

Tarot Card Draw #1: Four Of Pentacles
The Four of Pentacles is always about finances and how it supports your energy for the week. Since pulled upright and with the other two supporting cards, even though we are at the tail end of Mercury Retrograde, there might be a positive surprise where your finances are concerned. Whether is it finding a $10 bill on the ground, getting an unexpected raise or when balancing your bank account, you have what I call an “Angel Deposit”. Your addition is right, no unexpected refunds or direct deposits but there it is, an unexpected bonus in your account that you cannot explain. Being realistic, I always wait a few days to see if I actually did miss something, before I make the adjustment but so far, I have never found it to be the reason. It just shows up. Of course, you have to believe in the possibility of sneaky angel deposits for them to actually start showing up. Money is just energy that moves back and forth and the Universe has an infinite amount to be distributed. If you believe it’s possible, you make it so. There are lots of things that happen in our life that we don’t have an explanation for, so why not a mysterious addition to your funds?
Tarot Card Draw #2: Queen Of Cups
The Queen of Cups is a special draw for you this week, showing that your intuition and instincts are right on the money. Your gifts, whether they be small or great, will serve a purpose on seeing or feeling that a financial change is about to happen. It could be a financial amount that is due you and you have been waiting to see the check or something completely unexpected. Regardless, it’s been a strong feeling you have been nurturing, knowing something is getting ready to change in your finances. Because of the other two cards pulled for this week, regardless that we are coming out of Mercury Retrograde, it feels positive. Financial rewards come through many different avenues; dollar additions to your bank account, getting a great discount on a needed item or your landlord decided not to raise the rent this year. Keep an eye open for those unobtrusive gains so that you can remember to give thanks and gratitude for them. The more gratitude you have for ALL financial gifts, the more gifts are bestowed on you when you keep your ability to receive them open.
Tarot Card Draw #3: Ten Of Swords (Reversed)
The Ten of Swords always gets a bad rap by feeling like you have been stabbed in the back by the Universe. When it comes down, it comes down hard with the necessary lessons of growth. Unfortunately, the human species learns growth through adversity. Having said all that and you are now biting your nails thinking, “Oh God! what next?” This card was pulled in reverse position which tells me that whatever you have been struggling where finances are concerned, is about to come to a final resolution. Either you change your attitude of “I am always broke” to one of “I don’t know where the money is coming from, I just know that it will show up when I need it the most.” Pulling this card is a sure indication of your higher self wanting you to make friends with your finances and not feel like you are always at war with it. As I mentioned before, money is just energy but also a magnetic energy of reflection. If every time you talk or think about money, if it is in the energy of lack or anger, it will stay that way. Expansion is only drawn where there is room for it to grow even bigger and if you have it filled with a poverty, always broke or just surviving consciousness, there is no room to bring in more abundance. Ask yourself if you believe money is your friend versus something you do battle with everyday? That is what a reversed Ten of Swords is trying to tell you; stop feeling as though you are somehow being punished by the Universe because it runs out of abundance when it gets to you. There is an infinity amount of available abundance in the Universe, make more room for your bigger share by changing your relationship with money!
