Simone Biles, the tragic background story<\/strong><\/h1>\n

On Thursday, a pint-sized Simone Biles won her second gold medal for women\u2019s individual all-round. She has proved that despite your past, you can create your own future. This is a lesson which would be wise to send out to the youth of today. Too many people blame their parents and families for their lack of success in the world. When in fact, it is up to you to make your own path to the glory you seek.<\/p>\n

Biles past was a sad one. She and her sister were put into foster care while their mother struggled with drug abuse. Eventually, she was adopted by her grandparents. Simone didn\u2019t sit around feeling sorry for herself. She got up and made her dreams come through by hard work and dedication. Her grandfather publicly blasted his Daughter for abandoning her children when they were small. However, his daughter retaliated, saying she was now clean and the past was the past. Simone\u2019s Mother has to be given credit for coming out of the dark room that is drug addiction. It is not an easy thing to do, and many can\u2019t achieve it.<\/p>\n

Hopefully, this family can put the past where it belongs, and take a leaf out of Simone\u2019s book. The past can\u2019t be changed; it can only be learned from. The future can be built on lessons from the past, but it shouldn\u2019t be a slave to it. Simone\u2019s Grandfather raised her, but he still has a daughter who has been to the dark side and back and a Granddaughter who is a shining example to them all.<\/p>\n

What do the cards say about this little family? The Knight of Swords shows that there is a lot of aggravation between the clan. Past history was a bitter place to be, and the scars cut deep, but that doesn\u2019t mean they cannot be healed. The Fool card\u00a0shows that all sides will have to put their pride aside. It\u2019s time for them to step into the unknown to learn to understand each other. The Eight of Coins shows that something wonderful has come out of all the darkness.
