Some believe that the sport has the potential to go to a new level of fairness now that its new ownership has been finalized.<\/p>\n
F1 Managing Director Ross Brawn says that there should be a financial level playing field amongst the teams, but how would it be possible for the less affluent teams to make changes for the better? Mr Brawn says that F1 needs to stabilize the small teams and get them on a better financial footing, also reduce technology and artificial solutions. Brawn said the high-technology aspect of F1 was a crucial part of its appeal but there needs to be a balance where technology is concerned. All teams have made huge investments in the engines and so cannot afford to just discard them. The differing budgets between the front and back of the grid shows that top teams have the greatest resources. Evidently, budgets are a touchy subject!<\/p>\n
F1 veteran Martin Brundle believes that money in F1 does create a divide and thinks that if every participant had a chance of a podium victory, then the racing would be more exciting. He said, \u2018Our David and Goliath moments can’t happen, so it has to be levelled out,\u2019<\/p>\n

We drew the Six of Pentacles, the Nine of Wands and the Ten of Wands.<\/p>\n
The Six of Pentacles<\/b> is the money card and this is a sport in which money is plentiful. This card represents the participating drivers and engineers who live and breathe motor racing. There is a bountiful energy within each individual and a sense that a team win is entirely possible irrespective of the team budget.<\/p>\n
The Nine of Wands,\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0the discipline and the \u2018nuts and bolts\u2019 side of things. The wealthier teams want to defend the old guard because they want to carry on winning. Of course, most of the drivers have the potential to be world champions but they need a championship worthy car in order to win. This card says that the smaller less affluent teams require patience.<\/p>\n
The Ten of Wands<\/b>\u00a0the divide between the have\u2019s and the have not\u2019s. There is a sense that the control may not be in the best hands and a feeling of being unable to do anything about it.<\/p>\n
<\/b> Collectively, the cards say that podium victory\u2019s will elude the smaller teams for a while longer, but there remains a passion within the smaller teams which will push them to carry on racing until such times that they do win.<\/p>\n
