After being released in March last year, the ex-con has been keeping his 612,000 followers up to date on his new career and it\u2019s clearly going well. Meeks posted pictures of his new luxury lifestyle on Instagram. He posed with a $150,000 Maserati in front of his huge mansion. The picture is captioned, \u201cGood to be home.\u201d Another shot, in which he poses topless reads: \u201cGod is good.\u201d Fans were happy to see that Meeks\u2019 life of crime was behind him. One admirer commented: \u201cNo matter what you did always remember, \u2018every saint has a past, and every sinner has a future.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
It remains to be seen what kind of staying power Meeks will have in fashion. One nay-sayer, Eric Wilson, the fashion-news director for InStyle magazine said he doesn\u2019t necessarily think Meeks is destined for a long career. \u201cHe\u2019s more like a novelty,\u201d he said. \u201cPeople will do anything for the buzz, and I think that\u2019s all it is, really.\u201d Meek\u2019s might just prove him wrong and have what it takes to stay in the game.<\/p>\n
