Earlier this year, Crowe gave props to Irwin on Twitter for continuing her late husband\u2019s conservation of wildlife at the Australia Zoo. The mom of two said she\u2019s made the choice to stay single since her husband\u2019s death in 2006 for one particular reason: \u201cI haven\u2019t dated anyone in the ten years since we lost Steve just because I feel a connection still with Steve. You know when you take those vows and say \u2018we\u2019ll be together as long as we both shall live,\u2019 I really don\u2019t think I would\u2019ve married if I hadn\u2019t met Steve. And he\u2019s very special to me and continues to be. And I\u2019ve got beautiful kids and a lot of wonderful conservation work, so, I\u2019m lonely for Steve but I\u2019m not a lonely person.\u201d Irwin\u2019s daughter Bindi said she just wants her mom to be happy, regardless of relationship status. \u201cHonestly, all I want in life in mom\u2019s happiness,\u201d the 18-year-old said. \u201cWhat people sometimes forget is that when you find your soul mate, if you\u2019ve found that soul mate you really don\u2019t want to move on. So, mom had her soul mate and mom and dad will always be married and will always be together.\u201d<\/p>\n
