\tApparently, Warner Bros. determined that footage \u201cdoes not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member. \u201d Bachelor in Paradise \u201d contestant Corinne Olympios released the following statement addressing the findings of the investigation of alleged misconduct onset of the reality dating show. It needs to be made crystal clear that production of \u201cBachelor in Paradise\u201d was shut down because of multiple complaints received from \u201cBIP\u201d producers and crew members on the set. It was not shut down due to any complaint filed by Corinne against anyone,\u201d her lawyer wrote. \u201cIt comes as no surprise that Warner Bros., as a result of its own internal investigation, would state that no wrong doing had occurred. Our own investigation will continue based on multiple new witnesses coming forward revealing what they saw and heard. The investigation into the \u201callegations of misconduct\u201d on the set of \u201c Bachelor In Paradise \u201d has concluded that no sexual assault took place.\u201d \t<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\tHost Chris Harrison and members of \u201c Bachelor Nation \u201d reacted to the news on Twitter: \u201cWe appreciate the swift and complete investigation by Warner Bros. into allegations of misconduct on the set of \u2018Bachelor in Paradise.\u2019 Given their results, the series will resume production and will air this summer on ABC.\u201d Last week, a contestant, who chose to remain anonymous, said the whole mess began after producers put the cast on lockdown at the resort in Mexico following news of \u201cmisconduct\u201d on set. \u201cWe knew something bad had happened; there was a dark energy that came around the house,\u201d the contestant explained. \u201cThey stopped taping anything and we were just kind of there, waiting in limbo. We couldn\u2019t talk to each other about what we knew. Finally, one of the camera guys told me that they were probably going to shut down production. I didn\u2019t realize that it was that serious until then. I was like, \u2018Wait, they\u2019re thinking of canceling the show?\u2019 It hadn\u2019t even crossed my mind that they\u2019d do that.\u201d The cast members then found out they would be sent back to the U.S. amid an investigation and that their time on \u201cParadise\u201d was ending. Now, they\u2019re thrilled to be returning. \t<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\nIn the span of a single month, DiMario Jackson was exposed as a liar on national television, found himself at the center of a scandal that shut down production of \u201cBachelor in Paradise\u201d and inadvertently jumpstarted a conversation about sexual consent and reality TV. Now, he\u2019s reportedly not returning as a contestant on the dating show after it was concluded there was no misconduct during filming. Jackson was reportedly invited back to \u201cParadise,\u201d but declined the offer. He believes \u201cit\u2019s not a good idea\u201d to join the rest of the cast in Mexico for the upcoming fourth season of \u201cBachelor in Paradise,\u201d according to a CNN source. Jackson has also apparently entered therapy for his anxiety in the wake of the scandal, TMZ reports and has no plans to return to reality TV anytime soon. Corrine Olympios will also not be returning to the show.\n\t<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, they forgot there is a law of privacy in sexual assault cases that protects the so-called victim\u2019s identity and this was completely disregarded. Guaranteed, Olympios and Jackson are going to lawyer up on this one.<\/p>\n
