Leah Remini is on a mission to save us all from the clutches of Scientology and from what she has shared so far, either someone is on drugs and does not remember the whole story or this is one scary organization that the strong, controlling and clearly bi-polar members prey on the weak minded and those that feel less than. Tom Cruise has been the poster boy for Scientology for decades now and still fully supports the church\u2019s beliefs and its organization. In turn, he vilifies anyone who dares goes against the doctrine or makes charges on how the church handles the people involved in it. The last few years on a personal level has not gone well for Cruise, the once golden boy of movies with his crazy couch jumping declaration of love for Katie Holmes, his big confrontational anti-psychiatric interview with Matt Lauer, the brilliant and blindsided 2012 \u201cget the hell out of dodge\u201d divorce Holmes pulled on him and now a declining movie box office pull.

\nRemini does not hold back when asked whether Tom Cruise was a good person during a Reddit AMA about Scientology earlier this week. “I’m just going to get straight to it,” one user asked. “Is Tom Cruise a good person?” “No! Just going to get straight to it, no!” Remini responded. “There is a public persona of the guy who looks at you directly in the eye and shakes your hand and hugs you and is an attentive person to you and there’s the person behind the mask who is a completely different person.” She added, “Someone could say we all have that \u2014 what we are to the public and who we are behind the scenes, but the people who are around Tom and work for Tom, not even people who are Scientologists, they will say he is diabolical. People who’ve worked with me will say I can be an asshole \u2013 all actors can be. That is different. He’s very similar to David Miscavige, they could be twins.” Miscavige is the leader of the Church of Scientology \u2014 his official title is Chairman of the Board of the Religious Technology Center (RTC). The 47-year-old actress answered questions to promote the upcoming season of her Scientology take-down series “Scientology and the Aftermath.” The former Scientologist, who had been raised as one, left the Church in 2013 and has since been very outspoken about the Church. The Church has repeatedly denounced Remini and her accusations, even launching a website to counter the claims made in “Scientology and the Aftermath.”\n<\/p>\n
I believe that Remini is sincere in her wanting to help others to see the damage the church has done to her and others. Truth is what dismantles the illusion of help in the guise of control.\n<\/p>\n

I believe that Remini still mourns the loss of contact with family members and very dear friends when she chose to leave the church and speak out against it.
