But he loved women in all its youthful, beautiful glory and did until he died. His magazine in its heyday, was the go to magazine of intelligent, adult and sexually charged articles and the infamous centerfold of the naked, gorgeous woman of the month. At one time, it was considered the height of being identified as sexy and beautiful to pose for those artistic photo shoots. In 1953, he distributed the first issue of Playboy and sold more than 50,000 copies. He bought the crypt next to Monroe\u2019s for a reported $75,000 in 1992. Why? Because the Hollywood legend was on the cover of Playboy’s first-ever issue in 1953.\n<\/p>\n
